SHIPPING & RETURNS
How much does shipping cost?
Currently we offer FREE shipping to majority of countries worldwide.
Destinations outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of the order. Probikehubs is not responsible for these external fees.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be, prior to placing your order.
How long does shipping take?
All items are shipped from abroad and shipping ranges from 10-20 days worldwide, and may be delayed depending on customs processing. In addition, all orders include a tracking number.
We do not offer returns on products unless there is a manufacturer defect.
What are the available payment methods?
We only accept Paypal at this time.
Do you have other products?
We are constantly adding new hubs, rims, and wheelsets. If you are interested in anything particular, feel free to shoot us an email.
Do you offer customization?
We are able to create custom logos(popular for rims and wheelsets). Please contact us for more information if interested.
